ANZ and advertising agency Whybin/TBWA from Melbourne have released this powerful ad.

Directed by acclaimed artist Jane Campion – one of the most famous directors of New Zealand – who is a known fighter for gender equality. We live in a toxic gender issue in society, people, and that has to change. We, however, disagree with the ad’s assumption, that because girls’ brains allegedly develop faster, there should be more women CEOs. In the end of the day, it is the same argument based on certain body differences, which also feeds gender inequality. Instead we should agree that body doesn’t really matter when it comes to talents and intellect.
